Gymnastics with music

Women with joy in movement to music are welcome!
We start with a warm-up phase: running, walking and moving the arms. Stretching exercises in standing and sitting should maintain the mobility. We do these together on a chair and a gym mat. The course manager is determined by the skills of the individual participants. For the last 10 minutes we relax with gentle music.
We invite you to join us with a cup of coffee.
