Die öffentliche Digital-Beratung in den Berliner Bibliotheken
Are you having problems with a digital device? Or do you want to do something online but don't know exactly how to do it? Then come to the Digital Zebra!
Berlin wird digitaler.
Public libraries in Berlin have also been making an important contribution to this for a long time with their digital services.
Many people do not have enough knowledge of how to use the internet or do not have suitable devices. Increasing digitalization often puts these people at a disadvantage. With the "Digital Zebra", we want to enable everyone to enter the digital world. We answer their questions and provide access to digital services. Our friendly and well-trained digital guides are available for this purpose. In future, the "Digital Zebra" will be found in around 20 libraries in Berlin.
At fixed times, the Digital-Lots*innen offer support with:
- using digital access to citizen services,
- booking appointments with doctors,
- buying tickets for cultural events or Deutsche Bahn
- digital services offered by public utilities or health insurance companies
- creating a PDF
- using an e-prescription
- setting the ringtone on a personal device
- and much more...
The digital guides help students to practise and deepen the digital skills they have learned.
The offer is supplemented by workshops and events. For example, you can have a nice chat and learn at the "Digital Café".
