Can it be a little more quiet?
Silence is described as absence of sounds. It is not easy to find in our daily lives. If it's quiet outside, it's loud inside. All the thoughts from which we have distracted ourselves with our actions are again in the foreground.
Regular silence has a positive effect on our health. It can change our way of dealing with stress and influence our sleep behaviour.
Every last Tuesday of the month we invite you to practice and enjoy silence.
