Following a guided tour of the exhibition, the event offers suggestions and an exchange of how to make this life phase useful.
These include:
- Farewell from working life: What comes after that?
- commitment and further training
- Health, movement and joy of life
- Living and mobility in old age
- Self-image and social image of ageing

For all people from about 60 years of age who are interested in dealing with the opportunities and challenges of this new phase of life.
