Project "Community 50plus in Spandau" BGFF e.V.
This course is specifically aimed at people over 50 to get their fitness, improve flexibility and improve health. Pilates is a series of exercises that can be performed smoothly and without unnecessary stress on the joints and the spine, making it an ideal choice for people of mature age.
What you get through the course:
• strengthening of the muscles and posture. Exercises strengthen the deep muscles of the back, abdomen and pelvis and improve balance and coordination.
• Increased flexibility and mobility. Gradual stretching exercises and movements help to extend the range of movement of the joints.
• Reduce stress and improve well-being.
