A course for movement. Health-promoting.
"Warm muscles and tendons and move the Qi"
The exercises are part of a medical Qi Gong system. There are quiet and moving exercises on different levels. The spine is moved in all directions.
We strengthen the muscles of the whole body. We improve the functions of joints, tendons and bands. We train coordination and balance.
* slow harmonic-flowing movements
* regulated breathing
* Inward attention
This promotes concentration and relaxation. The exercises help to stay healthy.
