This course is specifically aimed at people over 50 to improve the mobility, flexibility and general body condition of the joints gently and safely. The exercises combine elements of stretching and mobility work to reduce tension and maintain freedom of movement for years.
By moving, you improve your freedom of movement, which is particularly important to stay active in everyday life.
Slowly stretching helps to solve muscle tension and increase tissue elasticity.
Moderate movement contributes to the maintenance of the muscle tone and to the maintenance of healthy joints.
Exercise helps to reduce stress, improve blood circulation and improve general well-being.
