Older people are always well connected with the Silbertelefon. On 0800 4 70 80 90, anyone aged 60 and over will find a sympathetic ear to simply talk to. We talk about everyday topics, interests, feelings of loneliness and laugh together as often as possible.

If you want to talk to the same person regularly, you can become a silver network friend. To do this, interested older people are connected with Silbernetz volunteers.

- Daily from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
- You don't need a crisis or a problem to call - the desire to talk is enough.
- The conversation is anonymous, confidential and free of charge.
- The people on the Silver Line listen, sympathize, encourage and can provide initial information.
- The Silver Line also accepts requests for a Silver Net friendship.
