You want to promote your health and be professionally guided? You have interest regularly in a free outdoor exercise program?
Then we would like to invite you to our weekly motion program from BIB in Pankow! BIB means movement in the district.
Special sports fitness is not required. The programme is based on the skills of the participants.
Please bring sports clothing (possibly rain clothing), fixed sports shoes and drinks.
