Balances and strength training

Women and men train balance and muscles together.
- We train in the room of the Bottrop House.
We do exercises according to a program developed by the AOK. They should maintain the balance sense and strengthen the muscle force.
Gymnastics are offered to warm up. Exercises with balls, towels and tapes will follow. These are for the equilibrium sense.
Then we train the muscles with targeted exercises and weights.
