Most people want to live at home for as long as possible, even when they need care. It is primarily caring and nursing relatives who contribute to making this wish come true. The aim of the Care Engagement contact point for Steglitz-Zehlendorf is to relieve the burden on home care and to contribute to improving the quality of life of those in need of care and caring relatives. All of our services are free of charge and do not require an application and are not tied to a level of care. We offer: * Self-help group for caring relatives * Volunteers in the visiting service * Neighborhood help KiezFeen in the Onkel Tom Kiez * Referral to the neighborhood help project “For each other close” * Confidential consultations * Referral to specialized services
