Berlin is becoming more digital. Berlin's public libraries have also been making an important contribution to this for a long time with their digital services.
Many people do not have enough knowledge of how to use the internet or do not have suitable devices. Increasing digitalization often puts these people at a disadvantage. With the "Digital Zebra", we want to enable everyone to enter the digital world. We answer their questions and provide access to digital services. Our friendly and well-trained digital guides are available for this purpose. In future, the "Digital Zebra" will be found in around 20 libraries in Berlin.
