We offer a lot to maintain the health of older people. These include movement courses such as gymnastics, balance training and dance. Memory training and game forces also take place regularly.
Joint festivals, dance afternoons and our choirs round off the offer.
We allow people with and without disabilities to visit our meeting place. We receive support from the mobility service.
