Yoga - way to your own center
The yoga positions, breathing exercises and depth relaxation are content of the course. The exercises promote mobility, strength and concentration. Gentle, but effective, the life forces are stimulated. The deliberately slow movements of the body and the breathing should help to feel the natural adaptability of the body and have a positive effect in everyday life.
Please bring comfortable clothes, warm socks and a sheets.
