Yoga for the back and joints from 50
Yoga has a health approach that refers to the human being in its entirety. The exercises in the course aim to solve physical tension (which, for example, is expressed in back and joint pain), especially to loosen and strengthen the deeper muscles, to train body perception and to make the breath full, deeper and more uniform.
The coordination of deliberately slow body and breathing movements is intended to detect the natural and individual adaptability of the body and to avoid possible hardening and overloading. All yoga methods, such as body, breathing, relaxation, concentration and meditation exercises, are presented and practiced.
