Visible, satisfied and proud: Develop your plan for the 3rd phase of life

"Not age is the problem, but our attitude to it!" (Cicero) - and we want to deal with it in a two-day workshop.

Getting old is not for cowards. But what could a successful, positive old-becoming look like? We work together with a lot of creativity, reflection and communication on our journey to our own age to find visions and plans for us.

Based on our own experiences we explore:
- What pictures of being old are found in us and in society?
- What expectations, positive and negative, do we have of age?
- How did we experience or survive personal "high and low" and what strengths have we developed? We have a personal life record.
- What are the basic conditions for a successful ageing? What does a holistic health look like in all its aspects?
- What gives us identity and self-confidence in old age so that we remain visible, satisfied and proud of ourselves?

The aim of the seminar is to develop perspectives and strategies for the way to your own future.

With creative and playful methods, group and partner work and a variety of methods, we want to experience with our participants a life-long, cheerful, profound, stimulating, informative, energetic, rich in association, mutant and varied workshop!

The course lines come from the "best years." It is planned to work on some topics separately by gender.
