Vinyasa yoga
Vanyasa Yoga is also called "meditation in motion." The dynamically flowing yoga style is stimulating and demanding for the body and soothing for the mind.
We develop a flowing series of exercises in which breath and movement are brought together. The muscles are extended and strengthened and the mobility is extended. The combination of breathing and movement has a positive effect on the body. Body perception is improving.
No previous knowledge is required. The exercises can be varied in difficulty.
