Spinal gymnastics
After a warm-up part, exercises are performed to stretch and strengthen the entire body, with a focus on the abdominal and back muscles and the pelvic floor. A balanced training can improve posture so that back complaints can be targeted. A back-to-back and joint-gentle movement training for everyday life is provided. In the end, relaxation exercises are performed, which can contribute to more physical well-being. The course is varied with music.
