The course is outside.
This offer is for people who like to walk. Layers * in, noch * non-runners * in, (Nordic) Walker * in and all other interested parties.
At the beginning we warm up together.
Then we do exercises from the field-krais technique. This makes us more conscious of the body. Let me surprise you. The exercises affect the walking and running technology.
With stretching and relaxation exercises we end the training.
The meeting point is the Naumannpark opposite the Leuthener Platz.
