Qigong for senior * in - with simplified training elements from traditional Chinese forms of movement such as the "game of five animals" or the bone marrow Qigong.
Whether sitting or standing: Soft movements like "push the wave" or "lift the moon from the sea floor" promote mobility, coordination and inner peace. This is accompanied by small relaxation exercises and a lot of imagination. EU-15
