You want to form your body gently, in a concentrated way and in a joint-gentle way and then feel strengthened and relaxed? This basic training on the mat offers you the opportunity to develop more flexibility, tension and balance regardless of your age. In a gentle and yet noticeable way you can improve your posture, coordination and concentration. Strengthen back and pelvic muscles and relax all around. Please bring: large towel for the mat, warm socks
