Healthy, relaxing sleep - sleep seminar with the Sounder Sleep System ®
Deep, relaxing sleep can be learned! On the basis of the "Sounder Sleep System ®," a practice program specifically developed for people with sleep problems, you will learn to glide gently back into sleep in a natural way from a deep relaxation and inner rest. The exercises provide effective help in case of sleep problems. Special day-to-day techniques are wonderfully applicable for short rest breaks and for stress reduction in everyday life and work.
The exercises are mostly performed on mats.
