Course at the People's University (VHS)

Sport and movement are not only important and correct for osteoporosis. Regular motion units improve and maintain health. Through coordination and balance exercises we get more safety in everyday life. Powerful exercises strengthen muscles, bones and joints. With and without osteoporosis, the course can help to have fun and joy of movement again.
