Fitness and problem zone gymnastics for women over 50
In this course, the pulse frequency is increased and the problem areas such as the belly, legs and butt are 'put to the body'. The tissue is tightened and well-being increased by targeted stretching and strength - especially in these areas.
Please bring to the course mines:
comfortable clothes
non-slip sports shoes with light, abrasion-resistant sole or gymnastics
a towel for laying down
a drink if necessary
Mats are available.
