Course at the People's University (VHS)
This weekend we are dealing with motion lessons from the field krais method. In many movement variations, such as standing, sitting, on the floor, back, abdominal or side, we explore the topic of rotation around our own axis. Here we are dedicated to the movement coordination, which is important for a healthy back. In this way, we learn to recognize connections of basins, shoulder belts and head, so that we can move more easily through life.
