The care association advises, supports and trains volunteer carers and authorized representatives. It also informs and advises all citizens on general topics related to powers of attorney and care directives as well as the formal aspects of the living will. Tasks of the advice centers: * Recruiting new volunteer carers * Individual advice on powers of attorney, care directives and formal aspects of the living will * General information on care law for relatives, those affected and social institutions * Holding information events with social organizations in the district on care directives and general care law topics.

Our office is on the 2nd floor. It is not wheelchair accessible. If required, consultation appointments can be held in the Friedenau Neighborhood Center, which is about 50m away (Holsteinische Strasse 30, corner of Fregestrasse). Please speak to us about this when making the appointment. Our events also take place in the Friedenau Neighborhood Center. They are wheelchair accessible.

Telephone consultation hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Thursday 2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Appointment hours (by appointment only): Tuesday 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Thursday 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Consultations can also be arranged at other times by arrangement. For working people, consultations can also be arranged after 6:00 p.m. if required. Please see our website for the dates of our information events and exchanges of experience.
