Are you having problems with a digital device? Or do you want to do something on the Internet but don't know exactly how to do it? Come to the Digital Zebra! Many people don't know enough about how to use the Internet. Or they don't have suitable devices. Due to increasing digitalization, these people are often disadvantaged. With the "Digital Zebra" we want to enable everyone to enter the digital world. We answer your questions. We enable access to digital services. Our digital guides are available for this. They are friendly and have a wide range of training. At set times, the digital guides help with: * using digital access to citizen services * booking appointments with doctors * buying tickets for cultural events or Deutsche Bahn * digital service offers from public utilities or health insurance companies * creating a PDF * using an e-prescription * setting the ringtone on a personal device * and much more The digital guides help to practice and deepen the digital skills learned. The offer is supplemented by workshops and events. For example, you can have a nice chat at the "Digital Café" and learn at the same time.
