Yoga is a centuries-old healing system and comes from India. Exercises are carried out for the body, mind and soul. These help to experience relaxation, awareness and inner strength. Contents are: * Loosening of joints * Stretching and strengthening of the muscles * Breathing exercises * Deep relaxation and * Meditation exercises. The course includes gentle yoga and is also very suitable for women with physical limitations. Ongoing course, later entry is possible. You can find us in the baby and exercise room, 1st courtyard, entrance A, 1st floor
