Movement according to the method Heigl
Heigl training consists of simple flowing movements. They're easy to learn. They are repeated several times. All large muscle parts of the body are used. We avoid a long time. This does not create any tension or great effort.
The Heiglin is suitable for all ages. Also for participants with health problems.
We don't need any tools, no gym and no special clothes. It's enough movement-friendly clothes.
We train out all year.
