It's never too late to start exercising.
We do light training with music. This is good for the cardiovascular system. We strengthen the muscles with simple exercises. We also play lots of little games to make training fun. Come to us, because: If you don't use it, you lose it! And if you're still fit in old age, you can live more independently.
