A physical workout inspired by various yoga styles, Qi Gong, breathing exercises and Klein Technique.
In this training we will work on our flexibility. We will stretch and strengthen our body and mind to release our tensions, achieve the right balance between tension and release, reshape our thoughts and start the day anew with lightness and focus in our everyday life. The class is open to all levels. You are very welcome!
