You need help? Come to us. We:
- provide information and guidance
- to be accompanied by offices, authorities and job centres (in particular with language identification);
- assist in the completion of applications and forms (child benefit, parental benefit, housing allowance, choice of health insurance funds, account creation...)
- support with registration for Kita and school
- offer language and culture assessment (no professional translators)
- support residents in the Lichtenberger accommodation
- help in the search of competent specialised advisory bodies
- offer everyday help on questions and problems about life in Berlin
- support in matters relating to the right of residence
- help in matters of education, health and education.
