Digital? I can do that too! Further training by women for women
At the FCZB, we have been working for more than four decades to ensure that as many people as possible can face the digital transformation in a self-determined way and use it to achieve their goals.
Not everyone starts here with the same prerequisites. In particular, older women, unemployed women, women with a history of flight or migration or with health impairments have more difficult conditions for digital and social participation.
We counteract this with a wide range of professional and everyday digital training courses for various target groups. Discover the current range of further training courses at a glance:
Our training courses build on different previous experiences. They take into account individual life situations, learning interests and conditions.
We enable broad participation with various forms of learning and formats:
Women come together in smaller or larger social learning groups at the FCZB on site. Learners can also conveniently take part in online training courses. Or we go to places where women are already out and about in their everyday lives: senior citizens' meetings, neighborhood meeting places, district libraries or refugee shelters.
Our experienced trainers accompany the women's learning processes in an empathetic, empowering and discrimination-sensitive manner.
