Mit sensibler, ganzheitlicher Körperarbeit werden Verspannungen aufgespürt und gelöst, die geschwächte Muskulatur wird gekräftigt, Verkürzungen werden gedehnt und die Gesamtbeweglichkeit und das Körpergefühl verbessert.
Bringen Sie bitte bequeme Kleidung, dicke Socken und ein Handtuch mit.
