Vinyasa Yoga wird auch “Meditation in Bewegung” genannt. Der dynamisch fließende Yogastil ist fördernd und fordernd für den Körper und beruhigend für den Geist.
Wir erarbeiten uns eine fließende Übungsreihe, in der Atem und Bewegung zusammengeführt werden. Die Muskulatur wird gedehnt und gekräftigt und die Beweglichkeit erweitert. Die Verbindung von Atmung und Bewegung wirkt sich positiv auf den Körper aus. Die Körperwahrnehmung verbessert sich.
Es sind keine Vorkenntnisse erforderlich. Die Übungen können im Schwierigkeitsgrad variiert werden.
