Beratung für Bürger*innen aus dem Bezirk Marzahn-Hellersdorf.
Die kostenlose Beratung findet wöchentlich zu allen mietrechtlichen Fragen statt, z.B. Mietvertrag, Mieterhöhung, Mängel, Prüfung der Betriebs- und Heizkostenabrechnung, Modernisierung, Umwandlung, Kündigungsschutz. Bitte die für die Beratung notwendigen Unterlagen mitbringen.
