How can the care representative support you?
The staff will listen to you, advise you and work with you to find approaches to your concerns. The care representative is networked with the advisory and support structures in the state of Berlin. She will show you a possible support path.
If necessary, the care representative and her office will assist you in communicating with other agencies.
